HIV Drug Could Treat Alzheimer's and Age Associated Disorders

Researchers report a drug commonly used to help treat HIV can significantly reduce age related inflammation in mice. The study suggests the drug could hold promise for treating age related disorders including Alzheimer's disease, type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease.
